The staff and services at Lotus Recovery truly saved my life. I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and alone in my struggles. But from the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in good hands.
The staff greeted me with compassion and understanding, validating my feelings and assuring me that I was not alone in my struggles. From the therapists to the doctors to the support staff, everyone was dedicated to helping me on my journey to recovery.
My therapy sessions with Shelly, became a safe space for me to open up about my struggles and confront my deepest fears. The staff was patient and understanding, offering me guidance and support every step of the way. They helped me develop coping mechanisms and strategies to manage my anxiety and depression.
The support services provided at the facility were invaluable to my recovery. Whether it was group therapy sessions, medication management, or health and wellness counseling each service played a crucial role in helping me navigate my mental health journey.
I can say with certainty that if it weren’t for the staff and services at Lotus Recovery Services in Thousand Oaks, I wouldn’t be here today. They gave me the tools and support I needed to overcome my struggles and find hope and healing. lotus outpatient has taught me not only how to grow in my recovery, but how to live a manageable life day to day. i first came here back in may of this year. and since then i’ve had extremely helpful 1 on 1 therapy sessions, and outstanding groups. Chris Ryan, and Erik Shirey want nothing more than to help the next addict struggling with addiction. if you need help with substance abuse this is the place you want to go.
going through lotus was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. All of the clients and staff were key people in my recovery journey. In my 3 months with lotus I was able to learn and grow as a person that is helping me continue my recovery. I will always be extremely thankful for everything Eric and everyone with lotus did for me!
