A case manager is in charge of coordinating the various services a client may need to help ensure recovery success.

Case managers assist clients by directing them to supportive community services, such as vocational assistance, legal services, housing services, or social services. If a client requires assistance with any of these things, the case manager will take care of it for the client so that the client can focus solely on their recovery.
